On October 14th Our Lady’s Fraternity welcomed Ann into our community as a candidate for profession. Ann completed her time of Inquiry and now begins her Candidacy, a period of “not less than eighteen (18) months and not more than thirty-six (36) months” (“NAFRA Statutes” 19.2.a: Essential Documents of the Secular Franciscan Order.).

It is always a time of joy when someone embarks on the road to profession in the Secular Franciscan Order. We give thanks especially for the gifts that Ann brings with her, and we have pledged to support her in any and all ways possible as she continues the process of discernment.
